At Patterson Training we have been fitting riders on bikes for over 20 years. We offer a holistic approach based on sound biomechanics and understanding of anatomy paired with an in depth understanding of the demands of all cycling disciplines being Time trial/triathlon, mountain bike, road racing touring and gravel riding.
We ensure your bike fit ensures both comfort and function, in order to achieve this we spend time within the session to fully evaluate your functional range of motion, core function and stability, limb length discrepancies and muscle function. This whole body picture is then applied to the bike fit and also allows us to give feedback on possible areas of improvement so the rider can leave with some additional training goals to further improve comfort and power output on the bike.
